Role Overview

As a QA Engineer, you’ll be the guardian of quality across our web, mobile, and software projects. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure every release meets our high standards for functionality, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications, APIs, and software products
  • Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and cross-browser/device compatibility)
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar; collaborate with devs to resolve issues efficiently
  • Conduct API testing using Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Advocate for quality best practices and help establish QA processes as we scale
  • Test Web3/NFT features, ecommerce flows, and third-party integrations when required
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve product quality pre-launch

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in software QA/testing, preferably in an agency or product environment
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and QA best practices
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing, bug tracking, and test documentation
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to validate database integrity
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal); Bangla fluency is a plus 🇧🇩
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering flawless user experiences

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or NFT platforms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts
  • Experience testing WooCommerce, WordPress, or custom PHP/JavaScript applications
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and performance testing basics
