Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design process for diverse client projects—from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and clients to create seamless, accessible, and delightful digital experiences that users love and businesses value.

  • Design intuitive wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools

  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for consistency across projects
  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive behavior
  • Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on data and user insights
  • Design for multiple platforms: web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and NFT/Web3 interfaces
  • Present design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback professionally
  • Stay updated on design trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and emerging technologies

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process, problem-solving, and visual craftsmanship
  • Proficiency in Figma (primary) and/or Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Solid understanding of UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, and usability heuristics

  • Experience creating responsive designs and mobile-first layouts
  • Ability to communicate design rationale clearly in English (written & verbal); Bangla fluency is a plus 🇧🇩
  • Passion for learning, adaptability in fast-paced agency environments, and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience designing for Web3, NFT platforms, or blockchain applications
  • Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS) to collaborate effectively with developers
  • Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping tools (Framer, Principle)
  • Experience with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Avocode) or version control (Abstract, Figma branches)
  • Understanding of ecommerce UX patterns (WooCommerce, Shopify) or CMS-based projects
